Having a bit of a Beatles binge at the moment because I've discovered the 'Purple Chick' bootlegs.
Gooogle them..In a nutshell it appears that somebody has selected the best versions of outtakes and studio recordings and created 'deluxe editions' of each of the albums. Some of the stuff is really interesting , and the others, well...the fans will like it.
Six disk version of 'Sgt. Peppers'.
Twelve disk 'White Album'.
And if your keen, the 83 disk get back sessions.
